Strawberry Shortcake

With Ice Cream

With Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
2 buttermilk biscuits*
1 pint of haagen daaz vanilla ice cream (or whipped cream if you prefer)
1/2 package of strawberries
1 jar of strawberry goo stuff
*I recommend you buy a package that will make 6 biscuits, then make four giant irregularly shaped ones.
Directions:
- Make biscuits, if necessary, as directed on biscuit package.

- Fresh out of the oven, but not too hot to touch, open two biscuits to create a “top half” and a “bottom half.” Place the bottom halves next to each other on a plate or in a bowl.

- Line the bottom halves with as much ice cream as you would like.
- Place a handful of strawberries across the two bottom halves.
- Coat the strawberries with strawberry goo stuff, in whatever quantity you prefer.

- Put a smaller amount of ice cream on top, then place the top halves on the biscuits. They should look like really messy delicious sandwiches.
- Optional: Add ice cream, strawberries, or strawberry goo stuff to the dish surrounding the biscuits.
- Eat with a spoon, and enjoy every moment of those extra pounds you’re adding.
